July 21–25, 2026

Bomb Pots, Double Boards & Straddles
  • ReviewDouble-board bomb pots are now first-class: author both boards when you build the hand, see both on shared hands, and get both evaluated when the coach grades your decision.
  • GradingPer-decision grading is PLO-aware, so four-card hands are read as four-card hands instead of being squeezed through Hold'em assumptions.
  • ReviewEdit the straddle inline in the setup bar - toggle it, move it, change the amount, without rebuilding the hand.
  • MobileSubtle haptics across the core flows, smoother table resizing while editing a hand, and a board-versus-seat overlap guard so nothing collides on smaller screens.
  • FixHardened the hand-summary prompt against a rare case where it described who bet and who folded backwards.

July 16–21, 2026

Preflop Dojo: Rebuilt Corpus & Adaptive Depth (Beta)
  • PreflopRebuilt the spot library on a canonical pipeline with distribution, duplicate, and content audits, plus a review step so only approved spots reach you. Six new archetype batches cover squeezes out of position, multiway isolation folds, 4-bets against aggression, and straddled pots.
  • PreflopNew adaptive depth: some reps ask only for your action, others ask you to justify it. Stats understand the difference, so a quick action-only rep can never invent a weakness you did not actually show.
  • PreflopThe read that actually drives the spot now affects your grade, and action options follow one canonical order (fold, call, raise) on web and in the app.
  • StatsTighter “by spot type” rows so your weak areas fit on one screen instead of scrolling.
  • NotePreflop Dojo is still in beta. It is open to try, and the flag on each spot goes straight to us.

July 9–18, 2026

📱 Mobile Works Offline
  • MobileThe app now works without a connection. It opens offline, saves hands locally, plays today's Daily Spot, keeps a pool of practice scenarios ready, then syncs and grades everything the moment you are back online.
  • MobileA clear offline and sync banner, so you always know whether your work is saved on the device or saved with us.
  • MobileRebuilt to web parity: the hand-analysis screen, coach chat with proper streaming, the card picker, and the saved-hand edit workspace.
  • MobileImport parity for straddles, stakes, and action, plus first-run onboarding that assembles the table in front of you.

July 5–10, 2026

Showdown Reveal & Sharing Polish
  • SharingVillain hole cards now flip face-up at showdown on the felt of a shared hand, for members and for friends playing without an account.
  • SharingCopy hand history straight from a shared hand, and a summary polish pass that keeps the grade and the written verdict telling the same story.
  • Daily SpotSigned-out players now get the same graded summary members get, at the table, before results.
  • PerformanceFixed a ~5 second stall on the mobile landing hero and smoothed out scroll fades.

June 23 – July 3, 2026

Preflop Dojo Opens (Beta)
  • PreflopPreflop Dojo entered open beta on web and in the app: drills grew from 43 to 81, Concepts became a real lesson module, and Practice and Drills merged into one stream with unified stats.
  • PreflopThe preflop action now animates before you decide, first-in spots offer a limp where a limp is real, and your progress is linked to your account.
  • PreflopSpot types are color-coded throughout, villain labels describe the read honestly instead of leaking the answer, and every spot has a one-tap flag if something looks wrong.
  • Daily SpotThe leaderboard is now open to free players, not just subscribers.

June 16–19, 2026

Session Import
  • ReviewImport a whole session at once instead of one hand at a time, then play, edit, or delete any hand from it.
  • ImportMuch stricter parsing: each hand is distilled to clean text before it is read, then verified hand by hand with a guard against regressions.
  • ImportThree-number stakes like 2/3/5 are recognized as a standing straddle, and hole cards, middle blinds, and suits parse far more reliably.
  • ReviewA positions-only mode for hands you did not play yourself, so you can study a spot without real names attached.

June 4–10, 2026

Shared Hands Become Two-Way
  • SharingSee how others played your shared hand: every responder's line on a street timeline, collapsed until you want the detail. Recipients see it too, once they have played it themselves.
  • SharingFriends can now play a shared hand without an account, and their play-through follows them into their account if they sign up.
  • SharingCleaner pacing: skip to the next real decision, auto-advance when your action matches, and never advance past a street before you have seen what the sender did. Link previews now carry a spoiler-safe share image.
  • ReviewEdit and resubmit a reasoning you already sent, directly in the analysis chat.

June 1–8, 2026

Grades Move to a 0-10 Scale
  • GradingHand grades are now shown out of 10, derived from the verdict category rather than a raw percentage, so the number and the words always agree. A 10 means flawless, and Genius is a label for a genuinely creative line, not a score you can grind into.
  • GradingThe grade badge now has a real generating state while the coach thinks, instead of flashing a placeholder, and library scores are color-coded out of 10.
  • CoachYour villain reads reach the coach in Review, and hero notes respect a strict information boundary, so nothing you learned later contaminates the grade for an earlier street.
  • MobileKeyboard-aware scrolling everywhere you type, so the input never hides what you are writing.

May 20–31, 2026

Daily Spot Engagement Loop
  • Daily SpotChallenge a friend on today's spot and compare lines side by side, with challenge status surfaced on your dashboard and a cleaner past-challenges archive.
  • Daily SpotPlay before you sign up and claim your result afterward, streak included.
  • CurationStricter gates on which spots qualify as a Daily Spot: multi-street only, no trivial underpair folds against a c-bet.
  • PracticeA strategic debrief card at the end of a hand, with a follow-up composer that stays put so you can keep asking.

May 19–20, 2026

Daily Spot Refresh
  • Daily SpotA much bigger Daily Spot library: challenges now extend years into the future, with stronger curation so you never get a trivial check-fold flop.
  • Daily SpotNew spoiler-safe share grid and percentile comparison after each challenge - flex your score without ruining it for friends who haven't played yet.
  • CoachMore consistent grading and feedback across decisions, with cleaner reveal timing so the grade doesn't spoil the spot.
  • MobileCleaned up the mobile poker table - hand result pill sits above the table, hero action labels clear the marker, side-seat names always stay on-screen.
  • PracticeYou can now undo the same street decision repeatedly in Flow mode without getting stuck.

May 17–18, 2026

Coach & Preflop Polish
  • CoachSharper hand-fact reasoning from the coach - fewer cases where it misreads the board or mislabels your hand.
  • PreflopExpanded the Preflop Dojo drill set, refined open and 3-bet sizing rules, and added straddle support.
  • ReviewStabilized structured hand summaries and cleaned up how the coach commits to each street's plan.
  • UIRefreshed the sign-in, error, marketing, and support pages for a more consistent look.
  • FixRepaired Flow-mode showdown handling and a few rare grading false alarms on multi-barrel value lines.

May 11–15, 2026

Sound, Sharing & Polish
  • PracticeNew sound effects preference - toggle table sounds on or off from settings.
  • GradingAdded grade headlines so each decision's verdict reads at a glance, and fixed a bug where made straights were mis-annotated.
  • CoachTighter fact-checking in coach responses so claims about your hand and the board are grounded in the actual spot, not invented.
  • ReviewAdded an editable hand setup bar to Review - fix a wrong stack or position without restarting the hand.
  • MobileBetter reasoning keyboard behavior on mobile - the input no longer jumps or hides what you're typing.
  • RealismTightened opponent behavior on paired boards and 4-flush textures so villains play these spots more like real opponents.
  • SharingHardened the guest hand challenge flow so a friend can try your shared hand without an account.
  • FixPreserved cents for sub-dollar stakes so micro-stake hands display correctly.
